GHEA21 courses will be added to each student's Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ transcript manually by the Registrar's Office after the end of the add-drop period in September 2026. Grades for courses will be added based on official transcripts that Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ will receive from the GHEA21 course host institution.
- GHEA21 courses that are indicated as 8 ECTS credits on the GHEA21 website will be added as 6-credit courses to students' Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ transcripts.Ìý
For example:
A student wants to take the maximum load of 36 credits in Fall 2026, and register for the GHEA21 course titled Civic Engagement course offered by Bard College, which is 6 ECTS credits. The steps to take would be:

- If there are no time conflicts, register for the 6 ECTS-credit Civic Engagement course on Ìýand wait to be accepted. When accepted, students receive a notification email.Ìý
- To submit the course commitment form on the GHEA21 portal and wait to receive access to course materials and wait for the GHEA21 course to be added to Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ transcript in September 2026 after the end of the add-drop period by the Registrar’s Office.Ìý
